NCAS offers a free enquiries service to young people in and from care and those that work with them.

We are often contacted by looked after children, carers, care leavers or professional who want to know about young people's entitlements or get advice about issues such as housing, education or employment. We also get queries from professionals who want advice around policy and practice.

NCAS cannot give legal or benefits advice but we can clarify current guidance and signpost to information resources and other organisations that can provide further help.

If you have a question about transition from care or a problem you need assistance with, please complete the enquiry form beside. We try and respond to queries as quickly as we can, but it can take up to five working days.
