Relational Practice

NLCBF recently ran a Peer Learning Programme on Relational Practice, funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. This page holds resources that participants found helpful, including young people’s views, research papers and case studies.  The evidence is strong – working relationally can transform young people’s lives. But our experience is that it’s hard to do in practice. We hope that by sharing what helped us, we’ll make it easier for others.
