National Care Leavers Month (NCLM) is almost here!

November is National Care Leavers Month a time for us all to come together to:

  • Celebrate: Care leavers and care-experienced individuals.

  • Amplify: Their voices.

  • Raise: Awareness of the challenges they face.

  • Encourage: Real change in policy and practice.

This Year’s Theme: Leading the Way: From Experience to Empowerment

Over 100 care-experienced individuals from across the country shaped and chose this year’s theme: “Leading the Way: From Experience to Empowerment.” It highlights how care-experienced individuals are leaders in their own lives and true drivers of systemic change.
